The most common interaction between young people and police officers is at a traffic stop. The goal of Be Smart + Be Safe is to provide education to citizens about proper interaction with police officers at traffic stops and other encounters so that everyone gets home safely.

The Program
The Be Smart + Be Safe Program has two components. The first is a 15 minute video that details the most effective way to behave around police. The second is a 25 question test. When you complete the test you will receive a Certificate of Completion that you can provide to your Judge.
